When will I receive my order?

Shipping destinations:

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
Shipping times: 
  • Local orders take 2 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business day.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
Shipping cost:
  • Orders containing Phones will have free shipping.
  • Orders for accesories will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

How do I pay for my order?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • Cash on Delivery is available please contact us if that is requested. 

Note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

90 Day Warranty / 30-Day Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all items in the box.
  • For returns, please email sales@techplugstore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

-If your device is deemed faulty, we will arrange a return and replacement. You can contact us at techplugnj@gmail.com with subject line warranty exchange.

How do I buy the phone that I want?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within X business days.

  • Where customers can track their orders? - Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the shipment tracking details and you can also track by login back into our portal.
